The funeral was just beginning, all somber, as usual for funerals. Then, a little voice, but loud, cries out, apparently not thinking being somber was the way to go, "Yea!" I don't know if anyone else saw how appropriate that was at a service of Resurrection. The service continued. After the service, I reflected on the small child's "Yea!" I realized that was the best message that day, and the most appropriate by far. The adult voice talked about hell and how hot it would be, and how if you did not accept Jesus you were going there. Well, like I said, that "Yea!" was, in contrast to the official message, more appropriate and a far better message. So, with the child, I too celebrate a wonderful Gospel message, and better than any religious creed I've ever heard: "Yea!"
